You can also reduce memory usage by turning off the site isolation feature. Open a fresh tab and enter chrome://flags to visit Chrome experimental flags. Now click on the search bar and enter site isolation. Now you will have two options: turn the Strict Site Isolation option to disabled and make the Site Isolation trial opt-out to Opt-Out. Now simply tap on the click relaunch option and it’s done.
