Today we’re in Minneapolis, visiting Arianne Baldomero’s garden.

In this view, balloon flower (Platycodon grandiflorus, Zones 3–8) takes the foreground, backed up by the beautifully colored leaves of a variegated geranium (Pelargonium hybrid, Zones 9–11 or as an annual) and lots of other blooming annuals and perennials.
