Anant Kaushik is a part of the firm’s corporate practice group and is an alumnus of HNLU, Raipur. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, funds, inbound/outbound investments and exits. He regularly advises on areas of general corporate, securities law and foreign exchange control regulations.
Abinash Kumar Pradhan is an alumnus of the 2010-2015 Batch of School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and has been with the firm since 2015. He is a part of the firm’s real estate, litigation and alternate dispute resolution practice. His area of expertise includes litigation/dispute resolution and arbitration pertaining to real estate & debt – equity transactions, development/redevelopment of properties, municipal and town planning laws, constitutional matters, disputes under Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws etc. He routinely appears in the Bombay High Court and other Tribunals in such matters.
Abir Patel holds LLM-MBA (Finance) and is a graduate of Mumbai University. He has been practicing real estate law since the year 2011-2012 and majorly deals with matters related to Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016. He is also a trained private pilot.
Jash Agarwal completed his BBA LLB (Business Law Hons) degree from School of Law, KIIT University in the year 2015 and has been with the firm since then. He is a part of the firm’s banking and finance practice. He regularly advises several leading banks and financial institutions as well as corporate organisations raising finance. His practice includes a large variety of debt transactions (including debt capital market issuances, syndicated term loans, project finance, external commercial borrowings and other offshore borrowings).
Nanki Grewal S completed her B.L.S. L.L.B degree from the Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai in 2013 and has been with the firm since 2011. She is a part of the firm’s Real Estate, Litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution practice. Over the years, she has represented our clients before various Courts, Tribunals and Forums in relation to disputes pertaining to real estate, commercial disputes, corporate insolvency resolution proceedings, winding up proceedings, constitutional matters and recovery proceedings. Her area of practice also includes real estate transactions which involves advising realtors, financial institutions, banks, funds, and individuals in respect of acquisition, development and redevelopment of residential and commercial projects and advising on title scrutiny and verification.
Piyush Kumar has completed his B.A. LL.B. (Honours) degree from National Law University, Jodhpur in the year 2013 and has been with the Firm since then. He is part of the Firm’s banking and finance practice. His area of practice focuses on securitisation and bi-lateral assignment transactions of retail loans, debt deals (including debt capital market issuances, term loans, etc.). His clients include banks, corporates, foreign portfolio investors, asset reconstruction companies, alternative investment funds, non-banking finance companies, housing finance companies, small finance banks and micro-finance companies..
Raghavindra Gupta has completed his B.L.S. L.L.B degree from the Government Law College, Mumbai in 2014. His main area of practice is Dispute Resolution (Litigation and Arbitration). He is also interested in Direct Tax litigation. He has been involved in many noteworthy civil and commercial dispute resolution cases. Over the years, he has developed significant experience in all forms of dispute resolution including Writ Petitions, Suits, Summary Suits, arbitrations, Company Applications, etc. He practices on the original side and the appellate side of the Bombay High Court. He also appears before various other Courts/ Tribunals in Mumbai such as the Bombay City Civil Court, the State and District Consumer Redressal Commission/ Forum and the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.
Shachi Udeshi is an alumnus of Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai and has been with the firm since 2014. She advises in matters relating to litigation, alternate dispute resolution and real estate. practice focuses on civil and commercial law, constitutional law and arbitration. Her experience includes representing clients before various courts and forums in multiple jurisdictions across the country, including in Delhi, Chennai and Gujarat. She has experience in relation to disputes and litigations pertaining to real estate, investment agreements, partnership disputes, disputes with governmental authorities, disputes under Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws and family disputes, amongst others. She has also acted for and represented clients in several domestic arbitrations. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunals and National Company Law Appellate Tribunals.
